Bellevila ("the provider") generates, publishes and hosts a website for a tourist accommodation ("the service") from the listing links (Booking, Airbnb, Vrbo or others) and the data supplied by the client. The content is produced automatically with the support of artificial-intelligence tools from the public information of the client's listing.
Nothing is charged today (0 EUR). After a 7-day free trial, the service continues according to the chosen self-service plan: Premium (49 EUR/mo plus 299 EUR setup) or Pro (69 EUR/mo plus 299 EUR setup). The setup is a one-time payment. All prices shown include the applicable VAT (21% in Spain). The subscription renews automatically each month until cancellation. Payments are processed through Stripe; Bellevila does not store full card data.
After the 7-day free trial, the service continues according to the self-service plan you choose. Both plans are shown below so you can subscribe fully informed; amounts, features and limits come from our current configuration.
Max plan: for more than 12 accommodations, custom design or up to 10 languages. Its price is fixed and public: 99 EUR/month plus 1.299 EUR setup (one-time payment), VAT included. It is not self-service: it is arranged by direct contact with the provider, who first confirms the scope of the project. Volumes above 20 accommodations are contracted under specific terms and prices agreed in writing.
Bellevila may update the service fees by notifying the client by email at least 30 days in advance. A client who does not accept the new fee may cancel the subscription before it takes effect, without penalty. Price updates do not affect periods already paid.
Annual plan: if you choose annual billing, the amount covers 12 months paid in advance in a single payment (equivalent to 10 monthly payments: two months free). The annual subscription renews automatically every 12 months until cancellation; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual period. No proportional refunds are made for an annual period already started, except where legally required.
The client may cancel during the 7-day trial at no cost, from their panel ("My website") or by informing the provider. After the trial, they may cancel the subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current monthly period, without penalty. No pro-rata refunds are made for months already started, except where legally required.
If the client cancels and later subscribes to the service again, the new sign-up is governed by the terms in force at that time: the free trial period is no longer available, having already been used, and the setup fee applies again, as it corresponds to a new build and publication service.
Each plan has an accommodation and language limit shown in the plans section: Premium allows up to 4 accommodations and Pro up to 12. A client who needs to exceed their plan's limits, a custom design or more languages can arrange the Max plan (by contacting the provider).
Affiliate links by plan. On the Premium plan, the affiliate links that appear in the generated content (activities, car hire, insurance, etc.) belong to Bellevila and any revenue they generate belongs to Bellevila, helping to subsidise the monthly fee. On the Pro and Max plans, the client may configure their own affiliate links; in that case, any revenue those links generate belongs entirely to the client. If the client configures no affiliate links, the content is published with no affiliation at all (clean links, with no commission for any party).
During the trial and until a custom domain is chosen, the website is published at a temporary address. The client may request a custom domain from their panel. The domain is purchased and paid for by Bellevila and is included in the setup fee: the client pays no additional amount for it. The domain is registered in the account Bellevila holds with the registrar. The client may request at any time that the domain be put in their name with the registrar, or that it be transferred to the registrar of their choice, and Bellevila will process both requests without charging anything for handling them. To do so the client must supply the data the registrar requires, respond to the verification the registrar sends them and, in the case of a transfer, hold an account with the destination registrar. The timeframes and policies for both procedures are set by the registrar.
From the moment Bellevila registers the domain, the setup fee is no longer refundable, as it covers precisely that registration and the configuration, security certificate, publication and submission to search engines already carried out.
The client warrants that they hold the necessary rights over the accommodation and its information, and that the linked listings are their own or that they have authorisation. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details, the tourist licence and the prices shown.
The client retains ownership of their data, photographs and brand. Bellevila provides the service "as is" with reasonable care; it does not guarantee specific commercial results (bookings, ranking) or the uninterrupted availability of third-party hosting. The provider's liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount paid by the client in the last 12 months.
On subscribing, the client expressly requests that performance begin immediately during the trial period, that is, that Bellevila build and publish their website without waiting for the withdrawal period to end. In accordance with Article 103(a) of the consolidated text of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the client loses the right of withdrawal over the setup service once it has been fully performed, and for these purposes the setup service is deemed fully performed at the moment Bellevila registers the custom domain for the client's website. Until that moment, and even if the website is already published at a temporary address, the client retains their right of withdrawal over the setup service and, if they exercise it during the trial period, no amount is invoiced for that service. This loss affects only the setup service already performed; the monthly subscription may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current monthly period, with no refund of the period already started, in accordance with clause 3.
