Bellevila ("the provider") generates, publishes and hosts a website for a tourist accommodation ("the service") from the listing links (Booking, Airbnb, Vrbo or others) and the data supplied by the client. The content is produced automatically with the support of artificial-intelligence tools from the public information of the client's listing.
Nothing is charged today (0 EUR). After a 7-day free trial, the service continues according to the chosen self-service plan: Premium (49 EUR/mo plus 299 EUR setup) or Pro (69 EUR/mo plus 299 EUR setup). The setup is a one-time payment. Prices are stated without prejudice to the taxes applicable under current regulations. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancellation. Payments are processed through Stripe; Bellevila does not store full card data.
After the 7-day free trial, the service continues according to the self-service plan you choose. Both plans are shown below so you can subscribe fully informed; amounts, features and limits come from our current configuration.
Max plan (bespoke): for more than 12 accommodations, custom design or up to 10 languages, a Max plan is available on quotation. It is not self-service: it is arranged by direct contact with the provider.
Bellevila may update the service fees by notifying the client by email at least 30 days in advance. A client who does not accept the new fee may cancel the subscription before it takes effect, without penalty. Price updates do not affect periods already paid.
The client may cancel during the 7-day trial at no cost, from their panel ("My website") or by informing the provider. After the trial, they may cancel the subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current monthly period, without penalty. No pro-rata refunds are made for months already started, except where legally required.
Each plan has an accommodation and language limit shown in the plans section: Premium allows up to 4 accommodations and Pro up to 12. The affiliate links included in the generated content (activities, car hire, insurance, etc.) belong to Bellevila and help subsidise the monthly fee. A client who needs to exceed their plan's limits, a custom design or more languages can arrange the bespoke Max plan (by contacting the provider).
During the trial and until a custom domain is chosen, the website is published at a temporary address. The client may request a custom domain from their panel. Ownership of the domain registered at the client's request belongs to the client; on request, the provider will facilitate the transfer of the domain to the registrar indicated by the client, in accordance with that registrar's timeframes and policies.
The client warrants that they hold the necessary rights over the accommodation and its information, and that the linked listings are their own or that they have authorisation. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details, the tourist licence and the prices shown.
The client retains ownership of their data, photographs and brand. Bellevila provides the service "as is" with reasonable care; it does not guarantee specific commercial results (bookings, ranking) or the uninterrupted availability of third-party hosting. The provider's liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount paid by the client in the last 12 months.
On subscribing, the client expressly requests that performance begin immediately during the trial period, that is, that Bellevila build and publish their website without waiting for the withdrawal period to end. In accordance with Article 103(a) of the consolidated text of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, once the setup service has been fully performed (website built and published) with that prior consent, the client loses the right of withdrawal over that setup service. If, at the time of withdrawal, the service had been only partially performed, the client shall pay the proportional part corresponding to the service already provided. This loss affects only the setup service already performed; the monthly subscription may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current monthly period, with no refund of the period already started, in accordance with clause 3.
