1. Who runs the offer

2. What it is

“30 free setups” is an offer for the first 30 sign-ups to the Premium and Pro plans completed from this page between October 21 and November 19, 2026, both inclusive, Madrid time. These sign-ups do not pay the 247 € + VAT setup fee. Everything else is Bellevila’s normal free trial. There is no draw: places are assigned in the order in which sign-ups are completed.

3. Who can take part

• Owners or managers of a holiday rental in Spain who are of legal age.
• Any listing that can be used for the normal sign-up is valid (Booking.com, Airbnb or your own website).
• There is no limit per municipality: there can be several places in the same one.

4. How to get a place

1. You click “Claim my free setup”, fill in the sign-up form and confirm your email.
2. You save your card on Stripe’s payment screen. Nothing is charged that day. While you are on that screen, the place is reserved for you for 30 minutes.
3. The place is yours when you complete that step, that is, when your card has been saved. An assigned place is not released even if you cancel later.
4. When all 30 places have been assigned, or when November 19, 2026 ends, the offer ends and this page says so.

5. What is included

• The Premium plan: Your complete website built from your listing, with your photos and your calendar. Spanish and English included. Up to 4 properties. Articles about your area published automatically, so people find you on Google. No commission on bookings.
• The Pro plan: Everything in the Premium plan. Channel manager included for 1 property. Up to 5 languages. Up to 12 properties. Card payments from your guests, with no Bellevila commission.
• The free setup (its normal price is 247 € + VAT).
• The 7-day free trial, as with any sign-up.
• The registration of your domain (a .com by default) in your name, for 20.66 € + VAT. As long as you keep your subscription, we renew the domain every year at no extra cost to you.

6. What is not included

• The Max plan and its features, which are not part of the offer.
• Languages beyond those included in your plan, which can be added separately from the panel.
• It cannot be combined with promotional codes, with partner or association codes or with the “Alta + 6 meses gratis” offer: each sign-up carries at most one offer, the one from the page it came through.

7. What you pay and when

• On the day you sign up: 0 €. You save your card, which is required.
• Premium plan, at the end of the 7-day trial: 60.65 € + VAT, which is 20.66 € for your domain registration and 39.99 € for the first monthly fee. No setup fee. After that, 39.99 €/month + VAT, charged automatically to the same card.
• Pro plan, at the end of the 7-day trial: 80.65 € + VAT, which is 20.66 € for your domain registration and 59.99 € for the first monthly fee. No setup fee. After that, 59.99 €/month + VAT, charged automatically to the same card.
• All amounts in these terms exclude VAT: VAT (21 % in Spain) is added when you are charged. You can see the exact date of the first charge on the payment screen, in the confirmation email and in your panel.
• On your first invoice you will see the setup line with its full discount: its amount is 0 €.
• If the property has already used Bellevila’s free trial before, there is no second trial: as with any sign-up, the domain and the first monthly fee of your plan are charged on the day you sign up, and setup is still free.
• The 20.66 € + VAT pays for the domain registration: once the domain is registered, it is not refunded.

8. Contact guarantee

If in the first 6 months after your website is published you receive no booking request and no guest enquiry through it, Bellevila gives you the next 3 fees of your plan for free, under the terms of service.

9. Cancellation

There is no lock-in. You can cancel your subscription whenever you like from your panel, with one button and without calling anyone. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing and no domain is bought. If you cancel later, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month: until then your website stays published, and after that nothing more is charged.

10. What happens to your domain and your website if you cancel

• The domain is yours: it is registered in your name as the holder and stays that way. When you cancel we stop renewing it, and it remains active until its expiry date.
• If you want to move it to another registrar, we give you the authorisation code for the transfer without charging you anything for handling it. The destination registrar may charge you its own transfer fee.
• Your website stops being published at the end of the current period, both on bellevila.com and on your domain. We keep your data for 30 days in case you come back.

11. Your data

We process your data to manage the sign-up, the offer and your subscription, as explained in the privacy policy.

12. Everything else

For anything these terms do not cover, the terms of service of your plan apply.
